Bono on Bono

Just completed reading a book on Bono of U2 Fame. Titled "Bono on Bono", cant say is a great book but an enjoyable read over a lazy weekend. Has a blend of good information coupled with humor here and there. Written in a conversational tone, the chapters are a breeze and never once will one feel bored. Although lot of indulgence in god and sprituality would kinda put some people off, but humor keeps the book alive all through.

One funny para i had a good laugh over was bono's meeting with our texas cowboy, now the US president.

Scene: The bullet proof motorcade is speeding through the streets of the capital with people waving at the leader of the Free World, and him waving back.

Bono:"You are pretty popular here!"
Bush:"It wasnt always so..."
Bono:"Oh really!!"
Bush:"Yeah. When i first came to this town, people used to wave at me with one finger. Now, they found another three fingers and a thumb."
